Write some code to create html page from excel data

I can provide an HTML file that contains the data from the excel file. Each time the file loads, Javascript code will parse the data and find the current date and time, so it can fill in the next event and the current day schedule. The HTML will reload each minute, so it should update the next event as the time passes during the day. After midnight, It should also update the day's schedule to the next day. (The times are based on the approximate time of sunrise and sunset. Darkness, dawn, dusk, and nightfall also depend on the weather, so times are approximate. Since this is a leap year and feb29 is listed, the data may be sufficient for multiple years. If not, the data will be in csv format within the html file so it will not be difficult to export csv data from excel and edit the html with the new data.)

Hi I have great experience of building custom webpage that works based on Excel spreadsheet. I can create this functionality using PHP. The page will show the information (4 rows of data) for "Today's Event's" based on what is found in the spreadsheet for that specific day.
