Wordpress Menu customized

Hi I have a new wordpress theme I'm trying out at [login to view URL] I need it so the menu can open up sub menus. Also when a post is published on wordpress the link should to it should be filed alphabeticaly on the menu list and be highlighted in red temporarily. Under each post there should be a dead link button and if a certain number of people click it the post link gets removed off the menu list although there should be some way to stop it from being spammed.
