Wordpress Integration

Hello We are looking for someone with experience with integrating Wordpress into an existing php / my SQL based web site. Here are the requirements: 1.) Install and implement the Wordpress External DB Authentication Plug to authenticate against our user database. 2.) Set a wordpress cookie so that when a user logs into our site, they are automatically logged into wordpress against that database. 3.) Integrate the sidebar and the loop ( content ) into our existing site.
