A website with some "chat/lobby" / gaming related features

I need someone develop a "game lobby/ with chats" under javascript/nodejs or similar environment. Its pretty basic as starting point, depends on the complexity the budget will be increased and you might have some extra bonuses if its your case. *Bonus explained below* [ We will be using a javascript client, which basically will take 2 group of 5 players "clients" each group, and everybody must be "ready" by clicking a button in order to start the match. "This client is already beign developed by someone else" Im just showing you how it should work, in this case, our client (in java) with your developed core. And what you need to do is create this core, our website framework, is Laravel, if you are familiar with it, It will be an extra plus. ] There might be many rooms, it must be developed with dedication, and the timeline is not that tough but not less important, I mean, you have the flexibility to schedule your tasks because this is a project under development since 2013. Things to consider: Extras bonus might be given depending on your work, also a fixed monthly % income of sales once we've been stablished and start charging for our services, because we'll be offering multi-layer gaming services, all this if you are willing to stay with the company on family. This project will be used under heavy-load, so you might consider making it scalable and or / modular ready. Thats what I call a company at it startup, a family we rise and growth together.
