Description: We are looking for an experienced web developer with expertise in WooCommerce to help us create a custom checkout page for our e-commerce website. We have a clear vision of creating a unique and user-friendly checkout experience that aligns with our brand identity and includes additional features to maximize user engagement and sales. Additionally, we aim to integrate Billecta as a payment option with invoice payment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a custom WooCommerce checkout page according to our design specifications. - Add and configure additional features and options relevant to our customers, including invoice payment via Billecta. - Integrate Billecta's API to enable a smooth and secure invoice payment process. - Retrieve customer information for automatic pre-filling (via the Billecta API). - Add invoice payment as a payment option (create an invoice in Billecta via API). - Add ”Swish Handel” payment option (functionality from Billecta API). - Add Stripe credit card payment option (via Billecta API). - Regardless of the payment option, the payment/purchase should be automatically recorded in Billecta through their API. - Customers are created or updated in Billecta. With order sync, we immediately create a new customer in Billecta, and if the customer already exists, we update the customer's order history. - Orders in WooCommerce become orders and invoices in Billecta immediately when the customer has placed their order. - When you create a return in WooCommerce, a credit invoice is automatically posted in Billecta. - Customize the appearance and style of the checkout page to ensure it aligns with our brand. - Ensure the checkout page is responsive and functions correctly on various devices and browsers. - Thoroughly test and debug the checkout to ensure smooth and secure operation. - Document and provide support for the checkout solution and Billecta integration after implementation. Qualifications: - Experience in developing and customizing WooCommerce checkouts. - Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. - Ability to work with WooCommerce themes and template files. - Familiarity with WooCommerce plugins and extensions. - Experience in integrating third-party payment solutions, especially Billecta invoice payment (not absolute needed) - Experience in creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills and the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions. Bonus Qualifications: - Experience in creating custom features and plugin solutions for WooCommerce. - Experience working with e-commerce platforms and online payment integrations. - Knowledge of security best practices in e-commerce and online payments. - Portfolio showcasing previous work in WooCommerce customizations and integrations.
