I would like a simple application that would allow users to upload their video files, perhaps to a dropbox file, and have a payment portal with paypal set up on a checkout page. I plan to test some ad campaigns to the application, and do not need this to be much more than functional. I can make html changes if needed at a later time. I would like to discuss creating a PWA with these functions, but I am really more concerned with deploying quickly and having this be a very basic version.
