troubleshoot PHP GEOIP install

Troubleshoot a GeoIP PHP installation on server 7.3. As you can see in the following page --> [login to view URL] - No GeoIP related data is shown in the test page. PHP is correctly installed and running without any issues as shown here --> [login to view URL] The GeoIP install was done without errors. All dependencies are installed. Maybe the module is pointing to the wrong path, it has a missing componentent, or the php config file must be modified. In any case, this is a quick job.
