Translation needed with Polylang plugin

AGAIN? - I am recalling my bad days my friend :). A best plugin from my plate, which I had tested so far but I have a bitter experience too. I was using this plugin for one of my project, since the latest updates including theme, the permalink for the home page in french has changed; the language code appears in domain. After check here and there so many thing finally I had found that somehow the fr got in Slug! I removed it and updated and all is well now. Strange, as I had not used quick edit mode up to that point, but at least I will take a look at this in future. Also odd is that when I went back into quick edit mode again the slug had the fr there again so I had to remove again. Another pint that it sometimes cannot connect 2 translations, i guess some theme functionality breaks the polylang, its my only issue with polylang. So this is always required to check that theme is not breaking anything in ploygang. But obviously, if we will use a reputed theme it should not be the case. I do not know why are you facing issues? There is so many video tutorial which can make it clear. Whatever, I can work with you together, do you have team viewer? If yes, then please ping me in chat with TV details.
