Telegram Bot to Forward codes from a GMAIL message (Google Sheet database)

What do I need? *The end user, after being validated with a key, will be able to collect specific information from a specific email (gmail), that receives verification code from differents systems/companies. The end user will have an authorization key to receive the "verification code" received in the g-mail email. The system will work in a generic way, so that it can redeem codes from several different systems and with different rules (I created the rules I want, you can make them better if you want, I'm not a programmer, but I know giving you all the information I can, turn the project cheaper and faster). *With this information, I know you can give me a price, the budget is not high, I know will have a lot of different prices, so, is a important thing. What do you need to know about the telegram bot project (Telegram Bot + Database)? *Price is important here, that's why I am giving information of what I want, we won't need to stay hours talking or testing if your ideias works for me and making the project cheap. *I think can be done in python, probably you can't use just Botfather (don't know if he have the power to do that) *This is not a project that millions of peaplo will use, just a little. *The code need to be easy to read with explanations, to you and to others developers can edit easily (even me), because this is the version 1.0, maybe the boot will do more things. *We can add more things or remove, but this is the main project, I have hurry to be done, so, won't modify too much. *I will try to "debug" (write what happen in bot/sheet interactions) 5/10 examples with words and basic commands, so, will be very easy to code and you will know exactly what I want. *I will only give the "debug" of the interactions from the sheet with the bot, after hire, to preserve my ideias, may contain some sensitive information that cannot be released. *This is a generic bot so in future and I don't need to pay to program again, but, I will use just with some sites, so, very very easy to test. *I won't make a giant IA to this, is basically what you already know *Is my idea the best? I don't know, but I think it's very good to use. you can change things and make more easy. *I use google sheet to do everything I need in my business. So, lets use Google Sheet!? Or if you proof me that is easier using another way. *The e-mail will basically contain only the e-mails that the bot will use, all others will be removed (because I will foward just the e-mails I need to the bot reads) *The e-mail data can be pulled direct from g-mail, or maybe, be pulled from telegram? Telegram have a bot called Gmail that import e-mail to a chat. *I used simple words to explain, won't make total sense to a developer, this is just my layman to comunicate READ THE FILES TO KNOW ABOUR THE PROJECT.
