rental script

I am currently building a rental website. I need a script similar to Air BnB with the same functionality. Website will need to be responsive and fully automated from the backend control panel. I will be renting out commercial space so domestic headings need to be editable if using a script already in your ownership. I have looked at drop inn and cogdigal scripts and all seem fine. Payment integration with paypal. card etc...is essential. Website will need to be loaded onto my godaddy hosting package. I have a delux package with other websites hosted on it so others must not be effected during upload.
