We require an Italian speaking support officer and project co-ordinator who has a technical background with e-commerce websites to co-ordinate the installation of our payment gateway plugin as well as provide client facing support. This role requires some experience in e-commerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopify. You will be co-ordinating with our sales team, clients and development team to arrange for the installation of the plugin onto the customers e-commerce website. You will also be working with our clients to resolve any issues that they may have.
