PHP/MySQL Web Site

- This is a PHP/MySQL Web site with an end user interface and administrator interface. The design is ordinary CSS, with some limited AJAX -- an overlay. The PHP/MySQL functionality is also pretty standard with a few complicated things -- a couple of joins, one calculated field, a few long logic algorithms, a complicated search form, and an unusual pagination structure for display of found records. The design is already done and all graphics will be provided. The database is already done and a SQL file will be provided (you can modify the database if you need to). Look at the attached files for the full specs and explanation. The files still need to be cleaned up, so you will see some mistakes in them, but they are 95% complete and changes before awarding of the job should not effect total scope of work. The attached files are: [login to view URL] This shows the design and functionality of the entire site. In a few places in the specs doc, it says "... based on ... Algorithm." This means that you should look at the Algorithms doc to see the logic behind this item. [login to view URL] This document is a set of algorithms that should be used to determine which content displays on some pages. The algorithms are long (which is why they are in this document and not in the specs document) by they are technically simple--mostly just a series of IF/THEN/ELSE based on database field values. Some are TBD, which means they will be written by the time the job is awarded. [login to view URL] This is a listing of the database tables and fields. When the project is awarded, a full database will be provided as a SQL file. [login to view URL] This is the listing of files to be created. I am not stuck to this file setup, but it is a setup I have had success with and would prefer, so if you want to do it differently (such as combining files or using more includes), you'll need to explain in your bid. If you need any clarifications, please ask. PHP needs to be version 5 and all PHP, CSS, and JS coding needs to be very well commented (build in time to do this). I will award the project by April 29 and will provide final spec files and other files (incl. graphics) by May 1. You’ll need to provide a full site for testing by May 12. I will provide a comprehensive review by May 15. You’ll need to provide a complete site by May 20. Please confirm that you can meet this schedule in your bid. This isn't a low-bid posting.
