The project as we see it would involve something along the lines of: 1 – Retagging the property with new DFP ad units in a logical/targetable manner. 2 – Setup logical Ad Unit naming conventions, tag placements, channels etc at DFP level to be able to target by various segments (geo, by content, section etc) 3 – Look at best Ad Sizes and physical placements on the site (responsive where applicable) 4 – Setup proper auction rules/cpm floors, first look rules etc where applicable. 5 – Discuss and evaluate possible header bidding setup. 6 – Setup queries and reports to track performance and an optimization plan
