Website requirement for a website like Oyo Rooms. The client will list PG & Hostel stays only across India Here's what is going to be needed : All India location filters to be put along with the category of "All cities" 3 types of admin panel would be needed Client Admin panel Hotel Admin Panel User Admin panel Corporate Booking Panel login for Bulk Bookings with discounted rates & a contact detail form with drop downs, where information can be submitted as well Payment gateway : Indian & International. Client is currently using Payu for Indian transactions, please suggest any cheaper option for Indian payments if any Filters for all city search like budget, facilities like shown in Oyo rooms Ability for each user to upload documents like passport, aadhar card. The admin panel should be able to confirm the documents within 15 mins Mail & SMS confirmation to go immediately to all 3 parties Mail & SMS confirmation for step happening with each booking Ability to change & Amend Bookings for clients on the website & app with instant updates Ability to write reviews Language option English, Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi Weather updates directly from google on each city to be updated Same website to have link to the Playstore & Android app Ability to share any hotel if user wants to on mail & Whatsapp Ability to select kind of room from the categories of each hostel/ pg Each pg/hostel to have Google maps location individual which opens & starts navigation in maps & google maps Ability to do a hotel booking without login but with Phone OTP & Email OTP but should be shown in backend for each phone number Coupon code applicable which can be changed by client as and when new codes come Legal Agreement can be made on the spot & downloaded eg. as shown in herr [login to view URL] Rental agreement would be multiple formats for each city as applicable Options to book with & with options to pa & book for breakfast, lunbk & dinner while booking & various other options as shown in oyo OTP login to be available App & website to show India map & city map on respective pages where all locations can be marked on google maps & can also work as a maps services to each location Kindly have a look at the complete website & app once more and please consider any self understood steps
