Need help in developing a game portal

I need help in developing a game portal. Please see attached the high level sitemap. Key features as below:- - Homepage (Navigation Bar, Image Sliders, Multi-lingual, Mobile Friendly) - Register (Email Verification Needed), Login (CAPTCHA Needed), Forget Password, My Profile (Change Name, Password etc), Logout - Game Preview (Listed all the game available to play. There are 6 categories and each game has title, description, few game screenshots and a link to download the game.) - Deposit (User can top-up money to the website and use it to buy game item. NO PAYMENT GATEWAY is needed as deposit is done offline. And NO GAME INTEGRATION is needed as it is done manually as well.. What you need to do is just provide a form for user to notify admin how much they have topup and when they have topup.) - Statement (A table to show user their transaction details) - Few Static Pages (Contact Us, About Us, FAQs, Terms & Conditions etc) - Mockup with full details document will be provided.
