I could help you with that CSV Reports. It seems that you have bad expectations if you think that someone will do for 5$ such technically hard job. They will do it in 4 times more hours and it will cost you more time and money than my service. I will need only 20 hours and I will finish in 3-4 days so you will spend only 300$ instead of 40 hours of 5$ in four weeks which is 800$.
