Minor edits to a PHP app

I have a small project management type of app in PHP and needs to do some small edits to it 1) Add an edit project button as right now i can either add or delete 2) In add project add a new field \"Assigned to:\", where I can write the name of consultant 3) In the add project Set the date to take todays date as default 4) In project report section it should separate the assigned project from unassigned. 4) Add a new module follow up and the form should have \" Client Name, Project description, expected budget, followup date, followup status ( drop down - Completed, in progress)
