Integrate my functionality and add it to SalesForce AppExchange

I am the lead developer of a cloud-based OCR (image to text) processing platform. We offer simple API to submit images and receive text back. I am looking for SalesForce App Expert for a consultation, creation of project scope, specifications, and implementation. You must have previous experience with writing apps for SalesForce. You must have a SalesForce account. The functionality I am looking to add is: 1. When uploading a document (PDF, TIF, JPG, BMP), provide an option to OCR/Make searchable. This will send an API request to my servers to do the processing. Searchable PDF will be returned via another URL. 2. When looking at existing document library, allow to convert any document (via right-click, etc.) to searchable PDF. You can see a short video how the service works here: [login to view URL] My service is subscription based - pay per image processed. Clients can open account on our website directly. API KEY will be given after subscription, which can be added to SalesForce. Billing is automated. My service requires only link to document, but it can use 5 more settings for customization of processing. Please provide me with 2 bids: - Help to develop exact specifications (preferably free, part of pre-implementation) - Perform actual implementaiton
