Identify and fix possible issue with my sites as a result of new restrictive bidding of AdWords and DoubleClick Bid Manager - 26/04/2018 22:14 EDT

Looking for somebody to address recommendation from to google adsense support recover revenue lost from their recent bidding policy change. See attachment for the recommendation. My sites are classified ads site build with osclass. It will be a plus if you know osclass script and has address similar issues before.
