constant hack can be a symtom that there are backdoor/backdoors in your website. it can be from the added plugins, temporary writable directory and any other problems. btw, where the site located? it it on shared hosting or dedicated server/vps? if it is on the dedicated server/vps with shell access(root access/sudo), we can try to mitigate it using the logs of the web server or any other method.
