Fix php plugin in wordpress

I am looking for a programmer who is very familiar with PHP to customize a WP plugin called "Name Directory". For this job, you will need to have WordPress 6.1.1 installed on your local computer and you will also need to install and activate Name Directory version 1.27.2. PLEASE NOTE: NO LOGIN CREDENTIAL WILL BE PROVIDED. THE WORK HAS TO BE DONE ON YOUR END AND THEN SUBMITTED FOR TESTING AND APPROVAL. The project is divided into two parts, as described below: PART A: Transfer the fixes from my custom version of Name Directory to v. 1.27.2. PLEASE MAKE SURE NOT TO DELETE ANY NEW FEATURES FROM 1.27.2. YOU WILL BE ADDING TO IT, NOT DELETING. You will need to look at the code closely in order to determine which sections to copy and paste. The following list describes the fixes and tells you which files to work with (to the best of my knowledge): - added "translation" field (in boldface) Files: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] - added "translation" field to Admin. - fixed Search; it was pulling data from another Directory and also displaying "Submitted by" after a submitter's name was deleted. File: [login to view URL] - fixed Search; it was returning 0 results when the search term contained an apostrophe (for example, "a dog's dinner"). It had a similar issue when the following symbols were part of the search term: /, //, semicolon (;), and parentheses (). Files: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] - The navigation menu at the bottom of the page also needs to be transferred. Check out this landing page: [login to view URL] PART B: Here you'll need to fix a couple of bugs in Name Directory 1.27.2: 1) The landing page (see above URL) shows results beginning with the letter A (see Image_1) when it should display the results beginning with the special characters in this order: \ # ( Here I am not talking about the order in which the characters are showing on the page (which is perfectly fine) but the order of the search results. Items beginning with those special characters need to show BEFORE items beginning with letters A to Z, just like on this page: [login to view URL] 2) This is a sticky one. For some reason, when you create an item enclosed by quotation marks (e.g. "hillbilly" US) in the name or the translation field, Name Directory will wipe out the item (including the quotes). In this example, it will drop "hillbilly" and show "US" only. Here are the steps to follow: a) Have WordPress 6.1.1 installed on your machine. b) Find Name Directory v. 1.27.2 in the plugin section of WordPress. Install the plugin and don't forget to activate it. c) create a new directory with at least one entry by inputting the following English/Portuguese data: name: brain drain translation: fuga de cérebros; drenagem intelectual; "brain drain" description: a perda de pessoas talentosas e instruídas de um lugar ou país para outro lugar ou país onde as condições são melhores. Também conhecida como "human capital flight" (perda de capital humano). d) Go to Name Directory in the navigation menu, and open the Directory that you just created. Then click the blue "Edit" button as if you were going to edit the entry. e) Look for the segment in quotes ("brain drain") in the translation field. It disappeared! f) fix what needs to be fixed in the code. Don't be intimidated by the above steps. I'll guide you along the way. Once part B2 (a-f) is completed, I need you to add the same fix to another PHP shortcode (a single file) that I use for another database table that was not created from within Name Directory.
