Fix issue with multiple form submission process and submit to datase

I have a few pages that based off the previous value submitted by form data is then generated and displayed. Here is how the pages flow. Click Football Click NFL Click Parlay - this is a submit button and pulls up a new page This page needs the following: 1. Check risk amount vs available balance as seen in the top navigation bar. - Disable the submit button if the field is over the available amount. 2. Limit the amount of options the user can select on this page. Currently there is a working counter on this page to count the number of radio buttons selected. - Once the limit is reached do not allow any other options to be selected. - Also if possible make sure if someones clicked back they can't submit form again over available balance. 3. This form then submits to a confirmation page. There is password field that is then submitted to the page to input the data in the database. - Insert appropriate information for the choosen items into the parlay bets table as well s head in bettors bets table. The Bettors Bets table insert works fine. - Once submitted redirect user to [login to view URL]
