WP Estate Theme customisation

Hi, I have the WP Estate theme/script from themeforest [login to view URL] which will be the main part of the system inc the maps parts, register etc I have a home page design I can send for how I would like the customisation to evolve which is fairly simple but I do want to use the map system they have. registration, login needs to work and integrated with the map and the rest is mainly just pages at the moment - after this first phase I can see where I am then look at the 2nd phase, so this is really the initial foundation build out, I have a guidance doc for what I want... Do you know this WP Estate theme? Do you know the maps system and can customise easily and you know the google maps api etc You are available to be dedicated full time on $kp to work with me directly where I'll give instruction as it evolves... this is full time dedicated please till foundation completed I dont want to work with someone doing a 9 till 5 ..individual freelancer is best who can dedicate till completed...
