Custom code for use on a website -- 3

I am looking for someone who is able to code a few panels that I can then import onto my website. The specific panels / functions that need coding are: - Username / password registration and logon - A panel for users to enter crypto amount for deposit - A function to retrieve information for the users own dashboard, which will include their current balance. - A panel that will generate random text based on my description, that will continuously scroll upwards - A function to delete a user account. - Error message reporting for things including incorrect login credentials. - A function to track cryptocurrency progress. The user does not need to see the process task, but the code will need to wait for confirmation in order increase their 'level' - A panel to show withdrawal / transfer - Error reporting on transferring / withdrawing based on limitations (for example, user tried to transfer more crypto than is in their account, or tries to transfer to non existing user or user that is not of the required 'level) - Keep track of the last time a user has deposited currency to their account (this does not need to be shown to the user, but instead will be used for error reporting in the above statement) The website will be for anonymous use for people wanting to store crypto and then withdraw / use it at their leisure. Users, once logged in, will have their amount and 'level' shown (users can deposit crypto to increase their 'level'.) A panel should show a deposit section, where the initial field is a drop down that includes things such as "Upgrade to Level 1, level 2" etc and "Deposit". Upon confirming a deposit and its required amount (for example, if level 1 costs $10 USD, and the user deposits $5, report an error with the upgrade") If a user has not deposited for 90 days or more, limit the transfers to only transfer to other users with a level requirement of 3 or higher. Some of the requirements may need someone with black hat ethics. In order for the project to be considered complete, the following requirements must be met: - Responding to communication in a timley manner -All communication to remain on freelancer. - You will be paid what you have bid, asking for more money or trying to increase the money in demand for the work will disqualify you - The project bids are for complete work, not for pay by the hour. - Payments will be made through freelancer. - The coding should be shown to be complete and functional.
