Basically I'm working on a multi-site blogging platform. I have all the functionality set up, I just need the theme/design to be sleek/interactive. A slider on the front page with images from featured blogs (that link to those blogs), a good maybe three column design on a static front page, multi-site wide navigation bar that doesn't interfere too much with member's own blog content. Would also like a customized bbpress forum style that looks seamlessly integrated (the functionality is already integrated for blogging/forum through buddypress, just need the style). Hoping this wouldn't be too much work... Any higher in the budget and I'd probably look to just buying an existing premium wordpress theme.

Let me take care of this project for you! I would like to see what's already set up and then suggest the best solution. Also, i personally think that using a premium theme is often a great idea since it makes process faster and creating a theme from scratch would be a lot higher than your current budget limit.
