With our system you will be able to: Build a Tenants information file - such as phone numbers, employment information, job title, number of family members or roommates, type of car, year, etc. Build a Property Information file - such as work load, fire insurance, company, agent, mortgage company, payment, gardener, view lot, gas or electric, moving in/out dates, etc. Build a Vendor Information file - such as names, addresses, phone numbers, type, point of contact, etc. Ideal skills and experience for the job: - Experience in property management software development. - Proficiency in database management and software programming. - Knowledge of user access control and security measures. - Ability to create a user-friendly interface for easy navigation and usage.
