I need a classified/marketplace website like [login to view URL] but with payment processing escrow system like the freelancer. That is, buyer can make payment within the website after final deal with seller. Seller ships the items to the buyer, buyer receives the items in good condition and approves for release of payment to seller. However, if buyer refuses to approve for release of payment to seller after receiving the items, the seller can apply for payment with proof of product delivery after 7 days.
