ATCG INVNETORY AND REPLENISHEMENT

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop an inventory and replenishment system for us. The primary purpose of the system is to automate the reordering process for physical goods. Additionally, it should feature multi-location tracking for optimal organization. Barcode scanning or detailed reports are not required for the system. I need to be able to import client liste (excel), sales (excel) and inventory (excel). I need to be able to flag upcoming promotion (store and sku) so that the automated reordering takes into actons the upcoming lift vs base line sales. Would like it to be acessible by the web (maybe a portal acces via our web site)
