activate a registeration system in my wordpress

I already have a regitseration and login system in my wordpress but its not functioning, I want someone to Re-activate and re-code it. You will also connect the registeration to a chatting plugin where users can't chat unless they are logged in (they can chat by guest name) the plugin already has the API and the functions where it can be used the way I want it you just need to implement it Thanks
