WEB BASED STREAMING APPLICATION

_**Admin Requirements**_. a. Must have extremely user friendly interface with "Help" support for all functions or features. b. Main Page with company information and logos etc. c. Be able to create major groups of steaming as required (like Faisalabad, HBL etc). d. Provision of making various password protected user accounts for individuals or groups. e. Must be able to connect with USB webcams, DV camcorders, network IP cams, as well as video servers. f. Input feed of various formats (USB / FireWire / Built-In webcam from the Video and Audio drop-down lists. If you are connecting to an Ethernet / Wi-Fi camera, simply enter the camera's MJPEG/JPEG URL along with the camera's login and password if any). g. Be able to view several camera views (depending upon the interface design) in form of thumbnails (or other viewing methods like drop bar, list etc) and be able to tap a video thumbnail to get full screen view and click elsewhere to Zoom Out to thumbnail size. h. Must be able to use mouse wheel to digitally zoom in and out. i. Date and time on each display screen. j. Must have the ability to tilt streaming videos or set their orientation as required. k. There must be a provision in form of a sliding bar between Better Frame rate & Better Image Quality for each video stream. l. Recording options for live streaming for 24 hours or selected time frame (manually or as programmed) in any video format (good quality and low file size like MP4 etc). The concept of scheduler must be implemented to perform list of actions (like start recording, stop recording, start broadcasting, stop broadcasting etc) on any selected IP stream(S) in any day and time of a week. m. Organize recorded clips into folders, and automatically archive them (on the web, or put them into storage as per decision) so they can be accessed later. n. Monitors the video streams and send Notifications / Emails to the respective users and administrators when the connection is lost or the video blackouts for any other reason. o. This web application must be able to work on ordinary computers. p. Record Motion Events whenever motion is detected.
