Setup Amazon API Interface (in PHP).

I need to have an Amazon API setup. Keys will be provided. A simple interface is required to search the Amazon and Smallparts product database with category selection and a search by keywords (it would be nice to have some advanced Boolean options for keyword term searching). Search results need merely be downloaded (or exported to the user's PC) in an an XML format. The end-user will have Apache Web server installed on their PC where the application will reside. PHP would be the preferred programming language.
