Hello, I'm looking for a web 2.0 developer to design and create a new site with the following specs: 1) This is a site where users can post their own stories. They can also read other contributor's stories and rate them. 2) Users register and then they can post as many stories as they want. They will need to enter their contact information as well as a captca. Then they'll need to confirm their email address. Once they confirm they can post as many stories as they want. Users can also comment on other stories. 3) There must be a back-end content management system whereby I can: a) administrate stories (remove, edit etc). b) add/delete users c) block ip addresses d) pick certain stories as editors picks. e) collect the top 100 stories as voted by users. f) manage users' email subscription options. 4) There should be a place for Google Adsense ads on the pages of the site. 5) Because of the web 2.0 nature of the site, a developer MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BADGES AND WIDGETS. 6) I WILL ONLY CONSIDER CODERS WHO SEND SAMPLES OF WEB 2.0 WORK. 7) Setup RSS feeds for certain types of stories as well as a general RSS feed for all stories. 8) This is a complex job and I really need a competent designer who also has a good sense of managing these type of sites. 9) I don't mind if it takes advantage of open source items but this is not a standard blog so a standard install of wordpress won't cut it in this case. Thanks in advance.
