Need a technical, San Francisco based co-founder for a sports-news aggregating blog

Niche sports blog will aggregate news from roughly 50-70 existing sites via RSS feeds. Aggregated content will display in blog form and will need to pull in the original photo/video and accompanying text. I have already built/accomplished this project using a mix of web design (to create the look/feel of the blog and css) and coding (to build out the aggregation system) but would like to start from scratch, hence my search for a SAN FRANCISCO based co-founder. After construction, primary goal will be increasing site traffic and monetization. I have a background in digital media and already have a reputable network willing to represent and sell inventory on our behalf (which I imagine will also include efforts to deliver traffic on our behalf).
