Microsoft Office Add-in / Plug-in

We have built web-based, online file management system called "Elixir". Elixir helps us to manage our business and create notes / actions / reminders / letters / emails and so on. It operates on our server and runs in a Java environment (Struts, Hibernate, Apache etc). We now need to create a PLUG-IN or ADD-IN for Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. The idea is this: 1. Users would install the plug-in - so it needs to be in executable format to self-install. 2. It would create a new MENU ITEM on the MENU BAR of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and also Adobe Acrobat. 3. When a user creates a document, they can use the add-in to SAVE the document directly to Elixir (i.e. the document is uploaded to our server and is associated with an existing "file" within Elixir). 4. A user install the plug-in, they would then enter their username and password for Elixir to establish a connection to Elixir. 5. The plug-in would remember these details each time the user turns on their computer. 6. Each time a document is saved to the server, it must also display details of the document uploaded within Elixir (i.e. document name, document ID number etc). You can access Elixir - the online software here: <[login to view URL]> Username: lee Password: password A detailed specification document will be provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
