Integrate 1ShoppingCart as our Payment Provider(repost)

I am looking for a Zend Framework programmer that can integrate 1ShoppingCart as our payment provider into our membership portal. A typical workflow would be: 1. Progam and setup the IPN and callback URL 2. Program and setup the thank you page where users are redirected after payment 3. If a user is currently in the system give them access to the new product they bought. If they are not in the system add them as a user and give them access 4. Should be able to work with multiple 1ShoppingCart accounts If you are accustomed to working with integrating payment providers like Paypal this should be pretty easy for you.
