Css Help FF looks ok Ie6 needs your help

I need someone who is expernced with css. I am trying to get my header source down in the code. So my content is higher up. My test site is [login to view URL] Well I am having some problems with css. I am new to css. I got my site to look as i wish in Firefox. Main issue is with Ie6 the header and the nav don't display. I see them in the code when viewing source. My other problem is in ie6 i get extra padding at the bottom of my boxes. If i turn repeat off then i have too much spacing.
