WordPress Plugin, PHP Modifications

I am looking for an expert PHP developer who can finish up a project. It's a WordPress Shield that detects and blocks attacks, as well as attackers IP address. What I'm looking for: 1) Replace current Google Maps with another solution such as Open Maps. Google Charges money after a certain amount of uses. So I'm looking to replace with a free service. This is the most important item on this list (Google+[login to view URL]) 2) Setup a local repository that sends us results of attacks. For example if we have 10 people that use the plugin, I would like to see the attack strings, IP address used, etc. which would be sent to our repository for future development. (Central+Attack+[login to view URL]) 3) Drop down menu modification; they are currently little lag a bit when mouse over drop down. Would also like a more sleek design. (Attack+[login to view URL] and Better+Drop+Down+Menu+on+Mouse+[login to view URL])
