Wordpress Plugin Development

We are in need of a plugin for a Wordpress Thesis site. Experience with Thesis is preferred. Ideally though the plugin would work with both Thesis or Standard Themes. The plugin would basically create a module on the new page/edit screen similar to the default custom fields module which use a name/key and value. The main difference is that we need this fields to be able to parse and execute PHP, shortcodes, HTML, CSS or just text. We would then need to be able to call the code blocks stored in the new fields via the [login to view URL] file. In essence this plugin will work like a CMS for that particular page. We would like to be able to create unlimited fields similar to the custom fields module in Thesis. If you have any questions let me know. We are looking to hire some one immediately and are willing to pay a 50% milestone upfront. We need the plugin finish in about 1-2 days from acceptance of bid.
