Looking for Coder to Maintain Site (add products etc) 1 Year Contracts

We are looking for a coder that we can purchaase annual contracts to maintain our site.? We will supply things that needs to be done when they arrise (such as:? adding products, editing products, editing pricing, editing predesigned templates for product descriptions and tech specs (will be in html, we already have template for web person to edit)) We are a computer company which we have configurators set up, we will grant access to our admin where you will be able to edit configurators and create new ones.? ? We will train the any person that needs assistance. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
