Excel to a standalone EXE file

I have a VERY in depth spreadhseet I would like to be converted to a binary exe file so it can not be tampered with. The spreadsheet contains dozens of worksheets and VBA script and macros that I need. I also need the ability to be able to change printers (it prints to multiple printers, etc). an install file would be beneficial, with the ability to add license keys to prevent pirating of the POS software. I need to be able to edit things like currency, and different taxes. I need it to write to database files that can be edited as well. (the core program remaining locked down).
