Basic Adoptables System

Hello, I am interested in? expanding my site? with? an adoptables program to give the members something fun to do. It would feature a html or bulletin board code that would include a link to let other people level up their adoptable. Along with this it would display the adoptables level and picture. An adoptable would start out as an egg. Then hatch at around level twenty into a random species of adoptable. I? also need? the ability to have special adoptables given out from events by admins, these couldnt hatch from eggs. To make an adoptable, you would type in a name and an email and then the special bb code along with html code would generate. There would be a webpage for these to be mode I would also need the ability to easily create and delete new adoptables. This system would be added to a subdomain on my website, it wouldnt need to integrate into the main site in any way exept the bbcode.
