Automated Website Data Application

Hi This is a simple job for a high quailty coder who has done this type of project before.. I generate a large number of mortgage leads that I want to input into online affiliate programmes. I would do this manually but it would of course raise a number of flags. So i need to find a way to create an application (web based or desktop) that would: 1- Visit a site using different IP's,from the USA, at various times during the day, each one with different screen resolutions, browsers etc - We would also need to ensure that cookie is loaded to track the visitor through the affiliate programme we are directing them to. This would simulate that we were getting traffic to the site 2- Then allow me to input my offline data as if I was an actual visitor using a separate ip that is not mine, again using different browser set ups, screen resolutions etc. We must clear any previous cookies that would relate to step one. 3- All refer tags must relate to my site and show that it comes from MY site. It MUST cover all tracks to make it look like each visit and application are unique and all cookies and IP's must be clear and not show that they were coming from one pc I hope this is clear, I understand that this is a slightly 'black hat' technique so anyone that has done this type of application or activity before would be an advantage.. If you can show me how you have done this in the past I will award the project to you.
