Work flow ticketing system.

We are in a need of a web base application that is able to help us with our company's workflow. We service equipment and we in need of a program that can handle the following: 1) Keep track of our clients CRM function 2) Able to Generate and track tickets "service requests" 3) This tickets need to be assigned to service technicians and managed by a dispatcher 4) We need to be able to store pictures of the equipment serviced and generate bar-codes to identify the equipment serviced. 5) We need to be able to store and have inventory management capabilities using bar-codes 6) We need to be bale to generate and manage PO's 7) We need to be able to generate Quotes "Estimates" 8) We do sale equipment and have a store front. Therefore, we need to have a POS capabilities and be able connect to a Credit card processor. 9) We MUST have Financial and Operations reporting capabilities. 10) The software should have accounting capabilities in order to handle payments and track taxes and sales. This is a high level overview of the application we need. We understand that there are out the box applications that already do this but we need a simple tool that is adapted to our workflow.
