what learn to make a website host in my local

hi i just create a website use joomla 1.5.4,i find a web host in [login to view URL] now i want build a web host in my local pc .use my ADSL let others can viste my website. in one word ,i do not need the web host from lunapage.i just need use my pc and ADSL,i put my website in my pc and others can viste my website. but i do not know how to setting it. so any one know how to setting it,you can make a tutorial to [login to view URL] by step with pictures that you take from your screen. for joomla it just need Apache 1.3.x or above PHP 4.2.x or above MySQL 3.23.x or above my computer is windows,xp. or you think it is better use unix or freeBSD that is fine. just let me know how to do it, regards.
