website with 3 paypal payment options that sells single software

Hello, I'll be selling a single software that i created (more details when you'll get chosen). I need quite simple but neat website with few menu items like "Home" , "FAQ", "about" etc . I also need bit of advice on content , promotion and some know how on seo. 1. The website needs to allow to pay via paypal for 3 license types (1 week , 1 month , 1 year). and on success need to redirect to a webservice that is already created (it needs to call [login to view URL] ) so that my service knows an user paid. 2. Needs to have registration and log in option and profile page. Needs to display license expiry date (it will be loaded via xml from webservice if you use database different to sql server, or simply load that data from database) 3. Language and database is not important. It can be php or asp.net, mysql or sql server 2012. SQL Server 2012 is preffered. This website can be done with framework or written from scratch, up to you.
