Website relating to dofollow

Hi All What i require is a website which does the following. 1. Only allows myself access to use the search function on the website (maybe in Admin area). 2. I would like the search to find ONLY do-follow blogs/articles which all can have a comments or forums which have dofollow for the profile allowing the user to place there link. 3. When i run the search i have the option for 50/100/500/1000/5000. so the search will return this many results based on the keyword entered. 4. The results can then be saved as a .txt file containing the webpage which has do-follow. Website. All that is required from the website, is a simple professional looking website, where all links can be made to WHMCS for ordering. I am happy to use WHMCS for billing and i can modify this to allow them to choose the keyword and number of results. Overall All i require is: 1. a single page website promoting the products. 2. An admin section in the website allowing myself to do the search and save the results. 3. I can do all the WHMCS work. Any more question please ask. Thanks
