I had a really BAD experience with a company from Pakistan called Crossbiz (real liars and thieves, don't ever use them!) and that's the reason I am using this forum to get this job completed ASAP. Urgently Need: AN EXPERIENCED COMPANY to develop a bed and breakfast website with an online hotel booking system, users search, etc... You should be: Well experienced with all aspect of booking and ticketing websites AND have developed similar websites Familiar with Web 2 styles Able to use most advanced applications: PHP, CMS, AJAX, Javascript, PHP and Mysql, Etc. Able to sign a release/sign off creative agreement and provide samples of your work. DESIGN: We have a finished design concept already. There is no need for much design. You just need to complete and implement it the most important aspect here is the backend. DEVELOPMENT There will be 2 main user of the website 1. End User (Guests) 2. Administrator Functionality Requirement A) End User (Guest) shall be able to: 1. Search for available hotel rooms, see hotel details like its rates, costs by room type, days, promotions and savings, rooms pictures, etc 2. Online Booking and payment for booking via credit card, PayPal 3. Guest shall be able to chat with front desk for reservations, see location on Google map and have a video tour of the rooms, etc. 4. Guests shall be able to rent a car from us/ buy an excursion/ airport pickup services. 5. Email Notification to registered members/users and payment confirmation once it is authorized. 6. Registration for new users 7. Leave any feedback or review about his/her experience B) Administrator: 1. Manage Registered users (Host/Guest) 2. Add/Delete/Upload and hotel information, upload Images, naming price , and provide information about their availability. 3. Check Booking Information 4. Answer customer query 5. Confirm their reservation or cancel them under specific term & conditions 6. Get Email Notification as soon as user book for room 7. Automatic Calculations based on room costs, extra services, laundry, excursion, phone calls, internet access and per services taxes as needed. You will need to design interface for admin to manually put the phone and internet usage time/amount that will be added in the total invoice at the time of Check-Out. 8. Send registered users email 9. Manage website content 10. Dynamic addition of location on Google map 11. E commerce capability (buyers will be able to shop for hotel related merchandise) 12. Obtain and analyze reports, etc There is not need for many graphics report, just the basics, but we will like to have as many Reservation and Room management features as in this one: [login to view URL] Other Functionality 1.
