520413 Website Dev and Design Pricing Research

I run a small online web design and development business and I am looking for information on what my competitors are charging and what the average industry pricing is like in my area. I need someone to look into the competition in my city and cities nearby and to put together a two part report with information that I can use to adjust my own pricing. The report should include example items below: Logo design Brochure design Landing page design Website design (simple site) Website design (Wordpress website) Website design (e-commerce stores Magento or OSCommerce) Mobile website design (simple site) Two other items you choose that are common web services The report should include five pieces of information on each of the above items. These are: The lowest price you found, the highest price you found, the average price, and an estimate of how long each item should take to do (i.e 3 days, 1 week). The second part of the report is a list of the prices that each competitor you looked into is charging and a rating of the quality of their work (out of 10). Thank you
