Website re-design

I have an existing website ([login to view URL]) which I "put together" myself using Dreamweaver CS3. It is very basic as I have no training in Dreamweaver and needed a website quickly. I would like my website re-designed. In terms of requirements, I am open to suggestions and do not have have a fixed view about what the website shoudl look like. Having said that, please note the following: * I am happy with the navigation but would like the website to have a modern field to fit my area of expertise and to be user friendly so I very happy to receive advice about the navigation. * I would also like to add some graphics or photos (a photo of myself (probably on the about page) and an enquiry form. I would be happy to pay a licence fee or assignment fee for any graphics and photos (eg, fee charged by agency to allow use of stock photos). * Note that I have links to my privacy policy and website terms of use at the bottom of the home page and I would like to keep these links * There are requirements under Australian law in terms of mandatory statements that must be included on a website for a law firm. These are included at the bottom left hand side of the home page. * I would like to include the copyright notice (which refers to the content) at the bottom of each page. * I would like to keep the blue and black theme as my logo is blue and black. A copy of my logo is attached. My business is a small (ie, one person) law firm focusing on IT and technology law. My clients are located mainly in Sydney, Australia. My competitors are other small law firms competing for clients in Sydney who require assistance with IT and intellectual property law. For example, I am thinking of adding a recent developments section and I am not sure whether I would like to add this as content on the front page or as a separate page to which users can link from the front page. As part of your submission, I would appreciate your identifying any software or content management system I would need to buy. Please note, however, that I would prefer not to have to purchase expensive systems. Also note that I do have access to an upgrade to a new version of Dreamweaver.
