Web Site creation using existing site as template. - repost

I want to create a website offering GPS Tracking services to customers. I have a basic system and an Advanced system for the vehicle GPS. Both have theor own url link that are separate as I am using two different companies to provide the service. What I want is a website that will now combine the two systems by pointing to the URLs. I will then dress up the website with the usual contact, news , features, downloads etc information.
